Shipping Information :
Every order is equally important to us, and we ship every order out just as quickly as we can. However, if you must have your merchandise by a certain date, we suggest you place the order early enough to avoid disappointment if your merchandise does not arrive on time. We do not accept returns of shipments because they did not arrive by a certain date. All products are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service, unless otherwise specified. Customers must claim any damaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise can be used as a credit towards your next purchase, or exchanged for the same product.
Warranty Info:
We back every product we sell with 1 (one) year warranty. Shipping charges for all warranty returns are at the expense of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for ALL warranty returns. We do not keep records of each individual sale; therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain a copy of your receipt in the event you need to obtain warranty service. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover failures which are a result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, weather, outdoor elements or modification. Items that are accepted under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion depending on the problem. You must obtain a return authorization number before returning any item to us for warranty repair or exchange. To do so, simply click the "Contact Us" link and fill out the form to send us a message. Back Orders / Out of Stock: If your item contains multiple items, and 1 or 2 are not on hand, we will usually ship your order, and then ship the other items within 2-4 days when they are available again. In this case, you will not be charged any extra shipping charges for the 2nd shipment. Back ordered items in the 2nd shipment will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service depending on size and destination, determined by our shipping department, which may be different from the original order. |

Shipping Time
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. In some rare cases orders are shipped in 5 to 7 business days. Orders of $500 or more will receive 50% off on UPS Ground Shipping. Orders of $1,000 or more will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping. Status Updates From the time an order is placed, to the time an order ships, our customers receive e-mail status notifications every step of the way. PAYMENT METHODS To avoid delays all payments should be made to us by credit card. You can send us a money order or certified check but the time it takes to reach us could upset your buyer unless you warn them of the delay in advance.
